Delivery and Returns
You can expect your order within 1 week. All items are dispatched Royal Mail 2nd Class unless you selected 1st Class Delivery at checkout. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please allow an additional 2-3 days before letting me know. I will then do my best to help you locate your order or source a replacement.
All orders are non refundable, however I will offer an exchange for the same value or more. Anything custom made or personalised is unable to be exchanged or returned. If your order is damaged on arrival, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving it with photographic evidence and I will help you the best I can to source you a replacement.
